Refund policy

Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges

We accept returns and exchanges within 14 days of delivery if the item is unused and in its original condition. This rule does not apply to live products (plants, seeds, seedlings, bulbs, predatory mites, and cuttings) as they are not accepted for return (according to Cabinet Regulation No. 255 (Regulations on Distance Contracts), point 22.4). 

Return shipping by courier costs 8 EUR, which is paid by the buyer.

Refunds will be processed within 10 days from the day we receive the returned item after we have received and inspected the returned goods.

Delivery costs are non-refundable.


Order Cancellation

You can cancel your order by calling +371 25426215 and informing us about the cancellation. If we have already processed the order for delivery, we reserve the right to charge the delivery costs. The paid purchase amount will be refunded to you within 10 days.

Once the order has been shipped, it can no longer be canceled.

 

Undeliverable Shipments

The customer is responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address and phone number.

If the shipment cannot be delivered due to an incorrect address or phone number and is returned to us, you will be refunded the amount minus the original delivery costs.

Live products (plants, seeds, seedlings, bulbs, cuttings, and predatory mites) are non-refundable even if returned due to an incorrect address.


Uncollected Shipments

The customer is responsible for tracking the shipment and collecting it on time. If delivery fails and the shipment is sent to a pickup point, it must be collected as soon as possible to avoid return.

If the shipment is returned to us because it was not collected, we will refund the order amount minus the delivery costs. This does not apply to live products (plants, seeds, seedlings, bulbs, cuttings, and predatory mites), which are non-refundable.


Damaged Goods and Product Quality

 

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery by emailing linda.vasara@augi-plants.lv and provide:

• Your order number;

• A photo clearly showing the damage to the product.


Claims regarding the quality and condition of live products (plants, seeds, seedlings, bulbs, cuttings, and predatory mites) will not be accepted after the 24-hour period.

Important!


If the outside air temperature is below +5 °C and the order does not include a heating element, we do not take responsibility for possible frost damage to live products (plants, seeds, seedlings, bulbs, cuttings, and predatory mites) during transportation.


Packages containing live products (plants, seeds, seedlings, bulbs, cuttings, and predatory mites) must be collected from parcel lockers or post offices on the same day the courier company notification (SMS or email) of delivery is received.

If a package with live products is not collected on the delivery day, we do not take responsibility for the condition and quality of the goods.


Please note that by purchasing plants, the buyer assumes full responsibility for their subsequent care and maintenance after purchase!  Claims regarding the quality or condition of live products (plants, seeds, seedlings, bulbs, cuttings, and predatory mites) will not be accepted if submitted later than 24 hours after delivery.

Lost Shipments

If there are problems with delivery, please first contact the delivery company to try to resolve the situation.

Augi-plants.lv is not responsible for delays, losses, or damages caused by couriers. We are happy to assist by providing tracking information or, if possible, submitting a claim to the courier companies.
