CARE INSTRUCTIONS:

• ☀️ Light: A champion of hardiness and shade tolerance! Unlike pink or red aglaonemas, this green-silver 'Aqua Green' variety can thrive especially well in lower light and shadier corners of the room. Of course, in indirect light (not direct sunlight), it will grow fuller and its pattern will be more pronounced, but it's a perfect choice for darker offices. Keep it strictly away from direct, scorching midday sunlight, which will quickly bleach and burn the leaves.

• 💧 Watering: Moderate and very careful - this plant will forgive you for being forgetful, but will never forgive overwatering! Water the plant generously, but ONLY when the top half (or even 2/3 of the pot's depth) of the soil has completely dried out. Absolutely that categorically cannot tolerate roots sitting in standing water in the saucer. If the silver leaves start turning yellow en masse and become soft/translucent, this is a glaring sign of overwatering.

• 🌡️ Temperature/Humidity: It thrives in normal room temperatures (+18°C to +24°C). This tropical survivor is exceptionally well adapted to dry indoor air and does not need special misting, but is extremely sensitive to cold! Keep it well away from icy drafts and never keep it in a room where the air temperature drops below +15°C.

• 🐾 Keep away from pets and children: All parts of aglaonemas contain calcium oxalate crystals, which are toxic. Chewing or swallowing them causes a strong burning sensation in the mouth, poisoning and digestive tract issues in dogs and cats.

⚠️ A note and a dose of reality about aglaonemas: Plants are living organisms, and aglaonemas are among the few plants that truly deserves to be called "almost indestructible", unless you allow its one weak point - standing water in the pot. An important botanical fact: As the plant grows larger and gradually develops a thick stem, is absolutely normal and natural, that the very bottom, the oldest leaf occasionally turns yellow and dries up. This is no cause for alarm! Simply cut it off. To restore the shine of the "Aqua Green" leaves and remove dust, you can occasionally rinse the plant under a warm shower. When you repot it in the future, BE SURE to use a light, an airy, well-draining houseplant mix (generously blended with perlite).
