CARE INSTRUCTIONS:

• ☀️ Light: Bright but diffused light. Avoid direct sunlight, which can burn the delicate, velvety leaves. In too dark a place, it may lose its "black" tone.

• 💧 Watering: Moderate. Allow the top layer of soil (at least 3-5 cm deep) to dry out completely between waterings. Alocasias do not tolerate standing water (they can rot), but they also dislike drying out completely. Guttation (water droplets on leaf tips, especially in the morning) is a natural process, but too frequent occurrence may indicate overwatering.

• 🌡️ Temperature/Humidity: Loves warmth and high air humidity. The plant will greatly appreciate misting around it, a pebble tray with water, or the presence of a humidifier. Protect from cold drafts!

• 🐾 Pets: Not pet-friendly. The plant is toxic to cats and dogs as it contains calcium oxalate crystals, which cause mouth irritation and digestive issues if chewed.

• Living room with good lighting (near a window).

• Kitchen or bathroom with a window (where there is natural humidity from the shower).

• Office with large windows and a good microclimate.
