CARE INSTRUCTIONS:

• ☀️ Light: Bright but MANDATORILY diffused light. Here lies the main secret of this plant’s stunning beauty: since the white areas of the leaves lack chlorophyll, the plant vitally needs a large amount of light (it will especially enjoy gentle morning or late evening sun) to maintain the contrasting variegation and prevent new leaves from unfolding as plain green. However, strictly protect it from direct, scorching midday sun rays, which will instantly and irreversibly burn its precious white leaf parts. An east or west-facing windowsill is the perfect choice.

• 💧 Watering: Moderate and very thoughtful. Allow the top layer and the middle layer of the soil to dry out thoroughly between waterings! Since the small young plant is in a small 8 cm pot, it has a limited soil volume and dries out relatively quickly, but this alocasia does not tolerate overwatering – its roots and tubers are extremely sensitive.
