Velvet Anthurium (Anthurium clarinervium)

This Velvet Anthurium is a true queen of exotic plants and a collector’s dream, distinctly different from common flowering anthuriums. Its main pride is the large, heart-shaped leaves with a velvety texture and striking, silvery-white veins that look like delicate drawings on the dark green background. It is an exclusive houseplant that will add a touch of luxury to any interior and serve as an unforgettable, sophisticated gift.

CARE INSTRUCTIONS:

• ☀️ Light: Bright spot with diffused light. Must be protected from direct sunlight, which can irreversibly burn the velvety leaves.

• 💧 Watering: Moderate. Allow the top layer of soil (about 2-3 cm) to dry out between waterings. Roots need air and must not sit in water.

• 🌡️ Temperature/Humidity: Prefers warmth and high humidity (above 60%). Will appreciate a humidifier nearby, but be careful with misting – water droplets can leave spots on the leaves.

• 🐾 Pets: Not pet-friendly. The plant is toxic to cats and dogs if ingested (contains calcium oxalates).

• Bright living room (placed in a visible spot as the main interior accent).

• Bathroom with a window (the plant will love the humidity there).

• Bedroom on a nightstand (creates a romantic and mysterious atmosphere).
