Anthurium (Anthurium andreanum)
Bring endless summer vibes into your home with the elegant Anthurium. This houseplant has won hearts worldwide thanks to its shiny, heart-shaped leaves and bright flower clusters that stand out in any interior. It is not only an excellent and long-lasting gift but also a NASA-recognized plant that effectively purifies the air from household toxins, caring for your well-being.
Care Instructions
-
☀️ Light: Thrives best in a bright spot with diffused light. Avoid direct sunlight, which can burn the leaves, but too dark a place will stop the plant from flowering.
-
💧 Watering: Water moderately when the top layer of soil is slightly dry. It is important not to overwater – Anthuriums dislike standing water at the roots.
-
🌡️ Temperature/Humidity: Loves warmth and moderate humidity. The plant will appreciate regular leaf misting (avoiding soaking the flowers) and a warm spot free from drafts.
-
🐾 Pets: Not pet-friendly. The plant contains calcium oxalate crystals that can cause irritation to pets, so it is recommended to place it out of their reach.
🏠 Best Room
-
Bright living room: Where the Anthurium’s vibrant colors will serve as a striking design accent.
-
Home office: The plant will help maintain fresh air and create a pleasant, inspiring work environment.
-
Bathroom with a window: Its tropical origin means the Anthurium will enjoy the natural humidity of the bathroom.

⚠️ Note: Plants are living organisms, so each specimen may slightly differ from the one shown in the picture.
🌡️ COLD TIME! If the outside temperature is below +5°C, be sure to add a heat pack to the order so that plants and predatory mites do not freeze on the way.
❄️ In cold weather, we recommend choosing Smartpost parcel lockers, as they provide indoor delivery, reducing the impact of low temperatures on the shipment.
⚠️ Important about the heating element! ‼️ 1 heating element per 1 order – it is not necessary to put one for each plant. ‼️ Provides heat for up to 72 hours. Without a heating element – we do not take responsibility for frozen plants and predatory mites.
📦 Pick it up promptly! When the package has been delivered, collect it the same day. Do not leave the package in the parcel locker overnight! Cold and heat can damage the plants and predatory mites.
