Place it on the brightest, sunniest windowsill or near a direct window (ideally facing south or west). It adores and tolerates direct sunlight perfectly, which prevents the shoots from stretching thin and weak. In summer, it will be extremely happy if you take it out to bask in the sun on a terrace or balcony.

• 💧 Watering: Extremely rare, minimal, and thoughtful. As a mountain and desert dweller, this cactus stores water reserves in its massive body for months and does not tolerate overwatering. Water only when the soil in the pot is completely, 100% dry all the way to the bottom! Since the plant is in a large 17 cm pot, it retains moisture longer, so water moderately and infrequently (about once every 2-3 weeks in summer). During the winter months, when the cactus is dormant, watering should be almost completely stopped. Never allow water to remain in the saucer.
