CARE INSTRUCTIONS:

• ☀️ Light: Maximum bright light and direct sunlight! To maintain this succulent’s beautiful variegation, pink edges, and compact, wavy form, it vitally needs a very large amount of sun. In too dark a place, it will quickly stretch out, lose its coloration and leaf crinkling. A south or southwest windowsill is absolutely ideal.

• 💧 Watering: Rare and very careful. As a proper succulent, its fleshy leaves store water reserves, so it tolerates drying out much better than overwatering! Allow the soil to dry out completely between watering. Since the plant is in a small (6.5 cm) pot, it will dry out faster, but it absolutely cannot tolerate root soaking in standing water in the saucer, which will quickly cause root rot. Watering is significantly reduced in winter.

• 🌡️ Temperature/Humidity: Thrives at standard room temperature and literally loves normal, dry indoor air! This plant must absolutely not be misted, as water droplets will damage its natural bloom and can cause leaf rot. In winter, protect it strictly from cold and open windows.

• 🐾 Pets: Not pet-friendly. The plant is toxic to cats and dogs. It contains substances that, if chewed, can cause seizures, digestive, and heart rhythm disorders. Keep it out of reach of pets!

🏠 MOST SUITABLE LOCATION:

• The brightest and sunniest south-facing windowsill in the home (an absolute prerequisite for maintaining this plant’s shape and color).

• A bright desk right by the window (due to its mini size, it will fit perfectly and delight the eyes during work).

This is completely normal and will not affect the plant’s health or future development – once settled in your home, it will sprout new, perfect, and gorgeous leaves! Another important natural secret: the plant’s leaves are covered with a natural, white powdery bloom (epicuticular wax) that protects it from sunburn in nature. Try not to touch the plant’s leaves with your fingers, because where you touch, the bloom will be wiped off and will not regenerate! When repotting, be sure to use very loose, sandy soil (specifically soil for cacti and succulents with good drainage).
