CARE INSTRUCTIONS:

• ☀️ Light: Exceptionally generous, bright, and maximally sunny conditions! Here lies the main secret behind this plant's snow-white glow and frills: Echeveria 'Crispy Beauty' needs plenty of sunlight and will especially love direct sun. Only in full sun can it maintain its famous, thick, snow-white wax coating, while the leaf rosette will retain its distinctly dense, compact, and frilly form. If the light is insufficient, the plant will lose its white glow, become simply green, and its shoots will begin to stretch unattractively. A south- or west-facing windowsill is the perfect choice!

• 💧 Watering: Extremely infrequent, minimal, and very careful – this plant thrives best when it is occasionally “forgotten.” Since its thick, juicy leaves function as excellent water reservoirs, the plant cannot tolerate constantly wet conditions. Water the plant generously, but only when the soil in the pot has completely, 100% dried out all the way to the bottom between waterings! Since the specimen is in a large 12 cm pot, it will retain moisture longer, so the plant absolutely cannot tolerate its roots soaking in standing water in the saucer, which will quickly cause the roots and the base of the rosette to rot. Golden rule: water only from below by soaking the pot, or carefully along the very edge of the pot, so that water never enters the center of the rosette or remains between the frilly leaves. In winter, reduce watering to an absolute minimum (once a month).
