Golden Pothos (Epipremnum aureum)

This extremely popular, classic, and indestructible Golden Pothos is one of the most rewarding and easiest houseplants to care for in the world! It boasts beautiful, heart-shaped leaves richly decorated with natural, golden-yellow streaks and variegations. It is a fast-growing, dynamic, and air-purifying houseplant that looks wonderful both elegantly hanging from a bookshelf and climbing around a plant support. Thanks to its legendary ability to adapt to almost any conditions, this vine is an ideal and absolutely safe gift for plant beginners, very busy people, and offices.

CARE INSTRUCTIONS:

• ☀️ Light: Bright, diffused light or partial shade. To maintain the beautiful and contrasting golden variegation of the leaves, the plant needs enough light. It will survive without problems in a darker spot, but the leaves will turn uniformly green and lose their golden glow. Protect from direct, scorching midday sun rays!

• 💧 Watering: Moderate and very forgiving. Allow the top layer of soil to dry out completely between waterings. Pothos tolerates short periods of drought and forgetfulness much better than prolonged soaking in standing water (overwatering quickly rots its roots and leaves turn yellow/soft).

• 🌡️ Temperature/Humidity: Thrives at standard room temperature and tolerates normal, drier indoor air very well. However, the plant will appreciate occasional wiping or rinsing of the leaves from dust in a warm shower to keep them shiny and able to breathe freely.

• 🐾 Pets: Not pet-friendly. The plant is toxic to cats and dogs if eaten or chewed (contains calcium oxalate crystals), causing irritation of the mouth and digestive tract.

• Office space (great for refreshing the work environment, purifying the air, and requiring minimal attention in a busy daily routine).

• Bright living room (as a colorful, hanging, and lush accent from a high shelf or cabinet edge).

• Bedroom (brings a calming natural atmosphere to the room and quietly works as a natural air filter).
