CARE INSTRUCTIONS:

• ☀️ Light: An exceptionally generous, bright, and maximally sunny environment! This is the main secret behind this plant's ruby-red color and dense foliage: Euphorbia trigona 'Rubra' is a true child of the sun. For its stems to grow thicker and stronger and for its leaves to develop their famous vivid burgundy coloring, place it in the brightest spot in the room (it will love and needs direct sunlight). In a spot that is too dark, the plant will lose its red color and become simply green. A south- or west-facing windowsill, or a spot right next to a window, will be the perfect choice!

• 💧 Watering: Extremely moderate, infrequent, and well-considered—this plant thrives best when you "forget" about watering it. Since its thick stems function as powerful water reservoirs, the plant does not tolerate living in a permanent swamp. Water the plant thoroughly, but only when the soil in the pot is completely, 100% dry all the way down to the very bottom of the pot between waterings!
