This exceptionally popular and classically beautiful Waxflower 'Tricolor' is one of the most beloved houseplants, boasting both stunning foliage and magical flowers! It stands out with its thick, fleshy leaves, adorned with a wonderful blend of three colors – lush green, cream white, and, when it receives enough sunlight, romantically soft pink. But its true glory is revealed when it blooms (as shown in the first image) – it produces dense, fluffy, exceptionally delicate clusters of star-shaped flowers that release a strong, sweet, intoxicating fragrance in the evenings and at night. CARE INSTRUCTIONS:

• ☀️ Light: Maximum bright light and a little direct sunlight (especially morning or afternoon sun). To develop and maintain its famous pink "tricolor" coloring on new leaves and, most importantly, to produce flower buds, it vitally needs sunlight! In a location that is too dark, the plant will survive without problems, but its leaves will lose their variegation and it will not bloom.

• 💧 Watering: Moderate and very careful. Waxflower's thick leaves store water exceptionally well, so allow the surface of the soil to dry out thoroughly (almost completely) between waterings. It categorically cannot tolerate overwatering or standing in water in the saucer – this will very quickly cause the delicate roots to rot and the leaves to fall.

• 🌡️ Temperature/Humidity: It thrives at standard room temperature. As a tropical epiphyte, it will appreciate higher humidity, but Hoya carnosa varieties are legendary for their ability to adapt exceptionally well even to completely dry indoor air. Protect it from cold drafts!

• 🐾 Pets: Pet-friendly. This gorgeous and fragrant tropical vine is non-toxic and completely safe to keep in your home with curious cats and dogs.

🏠 IDEAL LOCATION:

• A bright hanging pot or a high shelf (absolutely the best location, allowing its long, colorful vines to hang down elegantly and freely).

• A sunny windowsill in the living room or kitchen (to ensure vibrant leaf coloring and stimulate flowering as much as possible).

• Bedroom (but note that when the plant blooms, its fragrance will be very intense and strong at night!).

⚠️ Note: Plants are living organisms, so each specimen may differ slightly from the one described. It is important to know the most important golden rule of waxflowers: never, under any circumstances, cut off the spent flower stalks (the small, hard "stems" that held the flowers)! Hoyas bloom again and again from the same little stalk, so cutting it off means that flowers will never appear in that spot again. Remember that the first image shows an example of flowering – for the plant to bloom in your home as well, you must provide it with enough bright light and patience!
