CARE INSTRUCTIONS:

• ☀️ Light: Medium bright, diffused light or partial shade. In nature, this plant grows in the understory beneath large tropical tree canopies, so strictly protect it from direct sunlight, which will quickly burn and bleach its beautiful, textured leaves. A north or east-facing windowsill is an excellent choice.

• 💧 Watering: Regular and attentive. Labisia likes consistently lightly moist soil – it absolutely cannot tolerate complete drying out, as its leaf tips will quickly turn brown and crispy. Water when the top layer of soil is slightly dry, but remember the plant also cannot tolerate root soaking in standing water in the tray! It is best to use soft, settled, or filtered water.

• 🌡️ Temperature/Humidity: Thrives in warmth, but the biggest secret to this plant’s survival and beauty is air humidity! To feel good and prevent leaf edges from drying out, it requires very high air humidity (ideally 60–80%). This makes it a perfect candidate for growing in a plant display case, closed terrarium, or near a direct air humidifier. In winter, strictly protect it from dry radiator air and cold drafts!
