• ☀️ Light: Generous, bright, but MANDATORILY diffused light. Here lies the main secret to this plant’s lushness and flowering: Oxalis requires a large amount of light so that its triangular leaves energetically open every morning and the stems remain firm, not unsightly stretched (it will appreciate gentle morning or late evening sun rays). However, strictly protect it from direct, scorching midday sun, which can burn its delicate leaves. It will thrive best on an east or west-facing windowsill.

• 💧 Watering: Regular, moderate, and very thoughtful. The plant likes constant, light moisture during growth and flowering but does not tolerate "drowning." Water the plant moderately as soon as the top layer of soil (the top 1 cm of the pot) dries out between waterings! The soil in the pot should feel pleasantly moist like a squeezed sponge. Since the plant is in a stable 12 cm pot, it will retain moisture well, but the plant absolutely cannot tolerate its roots and small bulbous tubers sitting in standing water in the saucer, which can quickly cause rot. Reduce watering in winter.

• 🌡️ Temperature/Humidity: Feels great and comfortable at normal room temperature (+18°C to +22°C). This plant loves moderate coolness and coziness. It easily adapts to normal indoor light but will be grateful if not placed directly above hot heating radiators. Protect it from icy drafts in winter!
