Mexican Pinguicula (Pinguicula)

CARE INSTRUCTIONS

• ☀️ Light: Bright, indirect light. The plant likes light, but protect it from scorching midday sun.

• 💧 Watering: Moderate. Unlike other flytraps, Pinguicula does not tolerate constant "standing water". Water from below (using a saucer) when the top layer of soil begins to dry. Use only distilled or rainwater.

• 🌡️ Temperature/Humidity: It feels best at average room temperature. Misting is not recommended, as it may wash the sticky layer off the leaves.

• 🐾 Pets: Pet-friendly - Pinguicula is not toxic to pets.

• Kitchen with a bright window, where the plant will help naturally deal with fruit flies.

• Bright bathroom, where the existing humidity will help the leaves retain their lushness.

• Collector's shelf, placing it alongside other succulents or exotic plants.
