This extremely stylish, compact, and legendary hardy Sansevieria 'Hahnii Silver Zebra' (commonly called snake plant) is a true example of design and patience! Belonging to the "Hahnii" or dwarf (bird's nest) sansevierias, it does not grow tall like classic snake plants but forms a dense, beautiful, and low rosette of leaves. CARE INSTRUCTIONS:

• ☀️ Light: Adapts excellently to almost any conditions! It can survive in quite dark corners of a room as well as in direct sunlight. However, remember – to maintain its beautiful, silvery striped leaf pattern, it prefers bright, diffused light. In very dark places, the leaves may turn darker green and growth will completely stop.

• 💧 Watering: Very rare and thoughtful. This is a plant that is much easier to kill with too much love (overwatering) than with dryness. Allow the soil to dry out completely throughout the pot’s depth between waterings. In winter months, it can safely be watered only once a month or even less!

• 🌡️ Temperature/Humidity: Thrives at standard room temperature and literally loves normal, dry indoor air. It must not be misted, and the most important rule — when watering, be careful not to get water into the center of the leaf rosette (bird’s nest), as this will quickly cause the plant to rot! Water only along the edge of the pot.

• 🐾 Pets: Not pet-friendly. The plant is toxic to cats and dogs. Its leaves contain saponins, which if chewed can cause mouth irritation, excessive salivation, vomiting, and digestive tract issues.

🏠 BEST SUITED ROOM:

• Desk or small shelf (thanks to its compact size, it won’t take up much space and will tolerate office conditions well).

• Bedroom (unlike most plants, sansevierias continue to produce oxygen and purify the air even at night).

• Hallway or entryway (if it receives even a little natural light there).

⚠️ Note: Plants are living organisms, so each specimen may differ slightly from the description. Important to know: sansevierias are very slow-growing plants. They like their roots to be quite snug in the pot, so do not repot into a pot that is too large and only do so when the roots literally start to break the current pot. To help the plant breathe better and look excellent, occasionally wipe dust off the leaves with a dry or slightly damp, soft cloth or brush.
